Account and data deletion

How to request deletion

There is currently no automatic or in-app way to delete an account. Deletion requests are handled by our team. To make a request:

1. Email synilogicteam@gmail.com from the email address registered on the account, with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Say whether you want your whole account deleted or only certain personal data, and name the account: its email address and, if the account has one, its phone number.
3. Send only what is needed to identify the account. Do not send your password or any sign-in code, and do not send identity documents unless we ask for them.
4. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
5. We will reply by email to tell you what we can delete and what we must keep.

What we may need to keep

Some information may be kept after a deletion request, where the law requires it or for legitimate purposes, including:

• records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and tax and other financial records;
• audit logs and security records used to protect accounts and to investigate misuse;
• information needed to prevent fraud or abuse;
• information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to resolve a dispute;
• copies in encrypted backups, which remain until they are replaced (we keep the 14 most recent copies).

Admin app access

Access to the ShubhVyapar Admin Android app is given and removed by a platform administrator. Removing app access is separate from deleting the underlying account.
